Start with one module, connect a workflow, or bring the whole business together. Prices are estimated in Namibian dollars and confirmed in your quotation before activation.
Complete Starter brings all modules together from N$1,950/month, within its stated limits.
Employee access that makes sense.
Employee self-service counts within the employee allowance. Staff do not each need a paid administrative-user seat just to clock in or request leave.
Activation follows your quotation.
We confirm your purchased modules, capacity, payment and available features before creating your company login. Selecting a package submits an enquiry; it does not take payment or activate an account.

What your setup fee includes
Company details and branding, configuration of purchased modules, standard role setup, one import of clean spreadsheet data within an agreed scope, and one remote training session.
What your monthly subscription includes
Access to purchased modules, standard technical support, bug fixes and routine updates. Hosting, storage, backup and notification costs are confirmed before prices are finalised.
Admin & Co. managed services
Processing payroll, maintaining bookkeeping records, managing recruitment, capturing transactions and daily administration are quoted separately under a service retainer.
Financial validation & integrations
Bookkeeping calculations and reports require verification before commercial release. Payroll tax rules and financial reports must be validated for the client's country. Automated bank feeds, statutory submissions and payment processing are quoted only when the relevant integrations are available. Planned features, scheduling and integrations are confirmed in your implementation scope.
